DevZone Resource Center
RISE to Bloome Software provides a cloud - software as an online service - for information solution developers. A developer, or a team of developers, can setup and work with their information modeling solution in a private development zone in the cloud. The development zone is a component fully integrated with the free RISE Editor software and provides you with:
-
A database server in which your RISE information model is rendered.
-
An application server running the webservices for your information model.
-
A test utility for running your information solution without programming.
-
A plattform for adding Rich Internet Applications (AJAX) to your information solution.
-
Collaborative features for storing documentation and maitaining a team site.
-
Administrative features including public website and project member management.
A development zone on the RISE⢠is a private team site for development of information solutions. It provides your project with a full scale development back-end without going through the ordeal of setting up a database server and a web server. In seconds, you can deploy your information solution directly from the RISE modeling tool and start programming! You get a complete collaborative zone where you can develop and run you information solution and share related information. If you havn't already,
download the free RISE Editor!
When you deploy your RISE model, its development zone database and web services are automatically updated. A new database will be created for your model if it's the first time the model is deployed. If your model contains Ajax-applications these, too, are installed and published in the development zone. To develop other applications such as Windows clients, ASP.NET or JAVA web applications simply connect to the published web services, across Internet, using your integrated development environment (Visual Studio, NetBeans or similar).
You may also store, manage and share other information in your development zone such as specifications, planning, source code or any related documentation. Team members can access published content, using a web browser, by logging in on the DevZone site,
